The hotel offers rooms with a sea view and a balcony to the side, which are big, modern, and very comfortable. They are perfectly clean and include all amenities one would expect from a five-star hotel, such as bathrobes, slippers, a safe, minibar, and nice bathroom toiletries. The service was almost hard to find based on my experiences outside of Tirana. The location is a little run down and needs improvement, but it is close to a clean beach and provides access to other cities in Albania and Italy. The dining experience had a variety of options, but some items like fresh juices and decaf were missing, and the croissants were not freshly made. Overall, the hotel needs some work in terms of service and location, despite its good room quality and amenities.
The hotel rooms were really nice and comfortable, but the air-conditioning system was too loud, making it difficult to sleep. The service needs serious improvement as the staff was not welcoming and had issues with water temperature. The location is nice for relaxing but lacks environmental consideration. The dining experience was enjoyable with good variety, though some dishes were not hot enough. The facilities overall were decent.

The hotel offers fantastic rooms with a great view and a nice pool overlooking the sea. However, the air-conditioning system was too loud, and the lack of ironing facilities was disappointing. The beach provides some privacy and a lovely atmosphere.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The beautifully decorated rooms were spacious and clean, offering a high-quality interior and a big, comfortable penthouse experience. The private beach with sunbeds, 2 pools, and an on-site spa made the stay even more enjoyable. The tasty breakfast, helpful staff, and good restaurant added to the overall positive experience, although a bit more secluded location would have been preferred.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were big, very modern, and comfortable, making my stay perfect every day. Surprisingly nice experience that I didn't anticipate. However, some improvements could be made to certain areas of the hotel.
